By making yourself available to play you are acknowledging 1) that you have read and understood both the latest ECB Return to Cricket Guidance, our own guidance and match specific instructions; 2) that you are aware of our obligation to support the host club in meeting their obligation to assist NHS Test and Trace with requests to access a record of players, customers and visitors attending their venue; 3) that if you develop COVID-19 or become aware you have been in contact with another person with COVID-19 symptoms, you will immediately withdraw your availability and 4) that we, as a club, encourage all participants to report any infection to the NHS Test and Trace system.
